The Perfect Franchise

The Empty Niche

We found it and we filled it...

... with many different hotdog presentations; grilled to order six ounce burgers; the best Philly outside Philly; fast, friendly counter service.

Many ingredients make our franchise a desirable asset.

A short learning curve:
No culinary education is required. We've mastered the art of simplicity in Doogie's®.

Speedy service:
Years of tweaking and massaging have resulted in consistently quick service without compromising our cooked to order policy. Virtually every order is served in less than three minutes.

Menu design:
The combination of hot dogs, burgers, and Philly steaks builds a tremendous repeat business, because there is enough variety to attract customers back more often.

Exclusivity:
We guarantee protection for our signature hot dog products.

Minimal overhead:
We achieve low food and paper costs through careful selection of our product mix.

Unique services:
We offer a frequent diner card ( $ 5.00 off every visit ) and comment cards---good for customer feedback, customer loyalty and great for building our E-mail list. The focus is on the customers:

To quote an old cliché, This program is dressed for success.

We're on a roll - literally and figuratively.

The Next Step

The normal franchise fee in our industry is from $15,000 to $25,000 and most franchisors charge a royalty in the range of six percent of the business you do. (Sometimes lower in very high volume operations.) And you are required to give their auditors access to your business records.

We don't do that.

We charge a one time franchise fee of $11,900 plus a fixed starting royalty of $400 per week.
No percentages & no auditors.

By comparison, six percent of a $12,000 sales week would be $720
whereas $400 would be only 3.33 percent of the same sales figure.

Your total investment will vary depending on location and construction requirements.
From our own experience we would expect a total of about $150,000.

In a recent analysis of the top 400 chains in the country, Doogie's® average weekly volume topped 22 average stores' weekly (per unit) volume. At $150,000.00 investment, the only verifiable chain whose opening and set-up costs are lower is Subway. Subway's average weekly volume is approximately 60% of Doogie's® weekly volume, and the royalty is over 8%, plus national advertising. You do the math.
